interviewing on campus for full-time and summer professional jobs. Villanova
seniors and graduate students graduating this year can easily submit resumes
to employers through their
GoNOVA account. There are also summer opportunities offered through
OCR for qualified sophomores and juniors.

be fully active in the system. This enables employers to search online for
candidates who match their search criteria for opportunities within their
organization.
The majority of the employers who participate in this program project
a certain number of hires for the current year and will come to campus during
the Fall or Spring semester. It is extremely important to be aware of application

Our Policies
Students who wish to participate in the OCR Program must know that when
they are selected to interview they must
sign up for an interview time. Once they have signed up for a time they
must show up for their interview. Students
who do not sign up or show up for their interview will lose their recruiting
privileges. Failure to attend a scheduled interview requires a letter of
apology to the company with a copy to
betty.jane.cornell@villanova.edu.
Information Sessions
As part of the recruiting process some employers will sponsor Information
Sessions. These pre-recruiting events are a valuable resource for students
wanting to learn more about an organization, its people, culture, career
paths and opportunities. Open Sessions are generally held before the company's
application deadline and Closed Sessions are held the evening before their
scheduled interviews. These can be found in the events section of your account.
Information Session attire should be
business casual unless otherwise noted.
