From the North (Rte 81 S.), Philadelphia Area (PA Turnpike):

• Follow PA Turnpike to the Carlisle exit
• Follow Interstate 81 South to Exit 17 (Walker Road), turn left from exit ramp
• Go over the bridge and take the first right onto Franklin Farm Lane
• Pass the State Police Barracks and the old County Prison
• The Human Services Building is on the right after the Prison
• Park in front of the building and enter through the double doors located in the center of the building.

From the South:

• Follow Interstate 81 North to Exit 16 (Lincoln Way), turn right from exit ramp.
• Go through two traffic lights
• Turn left at the second traffic signal onto Franklin Farm Lane (this road is between Rita’s Italian Ice & the Sheetz station).
• The Human Services Building is on the left after the Nursing Home and before the old Prison.
• Park in front of the building and enter through the double doors located in the center of the building.

From the East:

• Follow Route 30 West past the traffic signal with Franklin Center on your left and the Sheetz store on your right.
• Immediately after this traffic signal turn right onto Franklin Farm Lane (this road is between Rita’s Italian Ice & the Sheetz station).
• The Human Services Building is on the left after the Nursing Home and before the old Prison.
• Park in front of the building and enter through the double doors located in the center of the building.

From the West (Rte 30 E.), Pittsburgh Area:

• Follow the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the Breezewood exit
• Follow Route 30 East through Chambersburg and go under the Interstate 81 overpass
• Go through two traffic lights, turn left at the second traffic light onto Franklin Farm Lane (this road is between Rita’s Italian Ice & the Sheetz station)
• The Human Services Building is on the left after the Nursing Home and before the old Prison
• Park in front of the building and enter through the double doors located in the center of the building
