Campus Offices and Services

Bursar's Office - Kennedy Hall, First Floor

Billing and payment of tuition and fees are handled through the Bursar's Office, phone 610-519-4258, which has regular hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm for cashiering (payments) and 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for customer services. It is also open several evenings at the beginning of each semester. Students may also pay bills on-line through E-Bill with a checking account, savings account Master Card, Visa or Discover.


University Shop (Bookstore) - Kennedy Hall, First Floor

Paralegal Students are required to purchase books for the program. A book list will be supplied. For your convenience, the University Shop will stock your books for purchase. Regular Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm, Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 3 pm. Selected weekend hours are in effect; call the UShop at 610-519-4160 for those hours. In order to purchase your books, take the name of the course and the entire course number (e.g., 20473-PRLG-1050-100) with you to the bookstore or search for your textbooks online. Payment can be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or WildCard.


Parking - Farrell Hall on Lancaster Avenue

Permits are required for the Evening Paralegal, Fundraising and English as a Second Language programs. Parking Permits are issued by the Villanova University Department of Public Safety, located in Farrell Hall on Lancaster Avenue, during normal business hours. Evening students may obtain parking permits on-line. Yearly parking fee for evening students is $50. For information call 610-519-6990.


WildCard - Dougherty Hall, First Floor

Villanova University’s ID card, called the WildCard, is the official University ID card for students, staff, and faculty. The actual card is a photo ID with a magnetic strip on the back. Photos are taken at the WildCard Office, phone 610-519-4179. To procure the card, take with you a photo ID, such as a driver's license, and proof of your enrollment at Villanova (class confirmation, copy of class schedule). Remember that your card is necessary for verification purposes, student discounts, checking out library books, entrance into the library on weeknights and on weekends, use of library databases, access to the Internet, entrance to some campus buildings, and use of vending machines and photocopiers that do not accept cash.


Falvey Library

Regular hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am to midnight; Friday - 8 am to 8 pm; Saturday - 9 am to 8 pm; Sunday 10 am to midnight.

Library hours are shortened during break and holiday periods. To find out those hours, you can call the recorded message at 610-519-4292, call the reference desk at 610-519-4273, or obtain the change-of-schedule handout available at the library prior to the break or holiday. Be sure to take your WildCard with you for verification to check out books, to enter the library on weeknights and weekends, and to use the library's databases.


Campus Dining Services

Dining Services for students are found in several buildings on campus: Bartley Hall (610-519-4193), Connelly Center (610-519-7259), two eateries in Dougherty Hall (610-519-4181) - the Italian Kitchen and the Corner Grille, and selected a la carte service in St. Mary's Hall (610-519-4196). All are usually open in the evening. You may inquire about specific hours by calling each eatery or by checking the hours listed in the Nite Line. Mendel Hall has vending machines only which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while classes are in session.

In Search of a Career? - Corr Hall, Ground and First Floors

The Career Services Office, located in Corr Hall, is open Monday through Wednesday until 6 pm for CS students when the Director is available by appointment (610-519-4060) to meet with you to discuss the choice of careers associated with majors, occupational information and other career concerns. Interest tests to help you with your career decision are also available. The Center has a wealth of information, full-time and part-time job listings, and many reference books to locate employers. A complete list of Career Services is also available on-line.


School Closings

Closings due to inclement weather are announced on area radio stations, including KYW. We are in DELAWARE COUNTY. The code for evening classes is 524; day classes is 528. For recorded messages pertaining to potential closings, you can call 610-519-4310. For classes held at off site locations, The Office of Continuing Studies keeps in contact for closing information, but you may need to check with site location for late decisions.
