The CIA is the only globally accepted designation for internal auditors.

Instructor
Michael Brozzetti, President of Boundless Business & Technology Consulting, provides clients
with effective audit and consulting solutions. Michael is experienced in leading enterprise-wide
change to improve business and technology processes. Michael has over 10 years of experience in the
audit and consulting industries. He has worked in numerous capacities, including: “Big 4” external
audit, “Fortune 500” internal audit, and as a partner to his clients. Michael is an active member of
the Institute of Internal of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Information Systems and Controls Association
(ISACA). Michael carries the CIA, CISA, and CGEIT credentials and is an adjunct professor at Villanova
University in the field of auditing. Michael has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration
from the University of Delaware with concentrated studies in the fields of Operations Management and
Management Information Systems.
Course Fee, Registration, Billing/Payments and Cancellation Policy
Fee:
Part I: $625 for IIA members;
$675 for non-members.
Part II: $625 for IIA members;
$675 for non-members.
Part III: $775 for IIA members;
$825 for non-members.
Part IV: $425 for IIA members;
$475 for non-members.
Program costs include all learning system materials and web-based learning software.

Billing:
Students and authorized users are able to view billing statements and
make secured payments electronically. You can also print official
invoices for self and employer use. Once you receive your confirmation
and VU ID #, you may log onto
V-Bill to view/pay your bill electronically. Bills
are updated the 1st, 10th and 20th of every month.
Payment:
Payments are due no later than the first day of class. This requirement
applies to all students, including those who register too late to
receive a bill. Please see TERMS of BILLING on registration page.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing and received by the Office of
Continuing Studies before the first class. No refunds are granted once
the class begins.
