Do not send payment with this enrollment.


Billing- Be advised that in the near future all billing for Continuing Studies students will be prepared electronically. Once in effect, paper bills will no longer be mailed.  Please be sure we have your correct email address.
Students and authorized users are able to view billing statements and make secured payments electronically. You can also print official invoices for self and employer use. Once you receive your confirmation and VU ID #, you may log onto V-Bill
 to view/pay your bill electronically. Bills are updated on the 1st, 10th and 20th of every month.

Payment of Charges- the student is responsible for payment of all charges on his/her student account. Overdue obligations may be referred to an outside collection agency or to an attorney for collection efforts and/or legal suit, the debt is increased to cover all reasonable costs of collection including collection fees, court costs and attorney fees.

Academic Records-If a student has an overdue obligation, registration will not be permitted and academic records and certificates will not be released.

By submitting this document, I am agreeing to the Terms of Billing, the student agrees to conduct this transaction electronically and attests the he/she has read the information regarding billing, payment of charges and academic records.

The Office of Continuing Studies reserves the right to cancel classes or arrangements, totally or in part, due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
