Pre-Departure Orientation

Click on the following links to complete the Office of International Studies Pre-Departure Orientation. There are three online parts, which represent three out of the four separate sessions that are mandatory. The three online portions must all be completed prior to the Part 4 'Face to Face' orientation.

Face-to-Face with FAQ's and Friends

Join us for the mandatory meeting where we will give out additional information and connect you with students who have already returned from study abroad.

  • ALL CIEE Program Participants for Fall & Summer - Tuesday April 10, 2007 at 4PM Devon room.
  • ALL Italy and Spain Programs - Friday April 13, 2007 at 2:30PM in CEER Multi Media Lecture Hall.
  • ALL UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand students: - Friday April 20, 2007 at 2:30PM in Bartley Hall room 3001
  • ALL E.U., Asia, and programs not listed above -Friday April 27, 2007 at 2:30PM in the Connelly Center Cinema room.
  • NON-VU Summer Programs - May 1, 2007 at 2:30PM in CEER Multi Media Lecture Hall.

 

Please remember that in addition to this mandatory on-line orientation, it is mandatory that you attend the 'Face-to-Face' orientation. If you do not complete Parts I, II or III, or the 'Face-to-Face' orientation, you will forfeit your eligibility to study overseas and will not receive credit for work completed while abroad.

Please note: The on-line Pre-Departure Orientation is a voice narrative. Please ensure that your volume is turned up to an appropriate level. If you are in a public computer lab, please use headphones so that others around you are not disturbed.
