She was granted a full time job in the University in 1988 and was received into the Mu chapter of the Alpha Sigma Lamda honor society for part time students in April 1990. Although she retired in 2005 from full time teaching she continues to teach an Introduction Theology FastForward course in the Spring Semester and an elective Theology FastForward course each Fall semester.

Her students have observed that she, “is a wonderful teacher who is caring and considerate of everyone in her class...she taught us a new way to look at things and is respectful of everyone’s opinion." They added that she "is a wonderful role model that is mindful of the diversity of the University and provides an academic atmosphere that is true to the Christian and intellectual environment that is a part of Villanova’s make-up.”
