Are you graduating soon?
If you expect to receive your degree within the next year, you are required to make official application for doing so no later than November 1 for May completion, April 1 for September completion, and August 1 for December completion.

You will need to complete the Prospective Graduate Form, print the completed form, sign and submit it to your academic advisor. Your academic advisor will review your record and verify that you have completed all the requirements for graduation.

This is an extremely important procedure! By submitting this form, you will be listed on the prospective graduate list, your degree will get officially posted, and your diploma will be ordered. Please be aware of this vital requirement!
