Payment Options
Villanova Office of Part-Time Studies - Payment Options

Common tuition payment options for part-time studies are:

  • Online Electronic Payment for Student Bills
  • Tuition Management System Payment Plan
  • Tuition Employer Billing Plan
  • Does your employer provide up-front tuition benefits?

If not, have them join The Villanova Tuition Employer Billing Plan a benefit for your employer and for you!

Paying college tuition at the start of the semester can present financial challenges even if your employer covers all or part of your tuition. Our new Villanova Tuition Employer Billing Plan has benefits for you as well as your employer. If your employer qualifies and signs up, a streamlined billing process occurs with your employer guaranteeing payment of your tuition. In turn, you as a student will not have to carry the tuition on your credit card for the semester. A number of major technology, communications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical companies and hospitals are already participating.

    Benefits to You

Completing a course or degree while working can be difficult for adults. Waiting for reimbursement can create additional personal and financial pressure. If your employer qualifies for the Villanova Tuition Employer Billing Plan, you will:

    • Remove up-front tuition payments at the beginning of the semester
    • Eliminate the stress about funding your education
    • Simplify the billing process

    Benefits to Your Employer

Your employer also benefits from participating in this program by:

    • Encouraging employees to further their education which increases their value to the organization
    • Streamlining the billing process when several employees are taking classes
    • Adding this program to the benefit package for employees

Please share this information with your employer to encourage them to sign up for this program. Employers and/or employees can call the Bursar's Office at Villanova University at (610) 519-4252 for more information or to address any questions they may have.
