Post-Graduate Part-Time Application Process

For BSNExpress Students ONLY

Transferring credits to Villanova from another regionally accredited institution is easy. Simply provide the Part-Time Studies department with official transcripts from the other institutions that you have attended and, if the course grade is a C or higher, Villanova will evaluate its transferability toward your Villanova degree.

Steps necessary to apply to Villanova's Part-Time Studies as a post-graduate:

  1. Obtain an Application Form. This form can be reviewed and completed on-line, it can be downloaded, or it can be sent to you upon request.
  2. Complete all questions on the Application Form. In particular, be sure that you have indicated:
    • your social security number (if you apply on-line, you will need to phone the Office of Part-Time Studies with your social security number)
    • your phone number(s) and email address
    • if you have applied to Villanova before and when
    • if you have attended Villanova before and when
    • your entry status to Villanova
    • the program for which you are applying
  3. Submit the Application Form to the Office of Part-Time Studies. Submission can be done on-line, via fax to 610-510-7910, or can be sent to:

  4. The application fee of $25.00 must be enclosed with the Application Form. The check or money order should be made payable to Villanova University . If you are applying on-line, you may contact the Office of Part-Time Studies to pay with a credit card. The application fee is non-refundable.
  5. Provide a copy of your college diploma or a college transcript to the Office of Part-Time Studies. You may wish to use the Transcript Request Form to assist you in this process.
