- ECO 1001, ECO 1002, and ECO 3108: are not included in the
technical GPA (TGPA) calculation.
- Behavioral Science: choose from any SOC or PSY 1000.
- Humanities: choose from Art & Art History, Classical Study,
English, Humanities, Modern Languages, Philosophy, Studio Art & Music, or
Theater. *If a student completed 2 years of a
language in high school, credit for introductory courses in that language
taken at the college level will not satisfy degree requirements, including
electives.
- Economics major: take ECO 2101 & ECO 2102 in the sophomore year
and defer ETH 1050 and VSB 2007 (or History elective) to the junior
year.
- ETH 2050: must be taken at Villanova.
- VSB 2007 OR History Elective: Accounting majors and Business Law
& Corporate Governance minors are encouraged to take VSB 2007 in the
sophomore year, and take HIS XXXX in the junior year.
- Natural Science: choose from Astronomy & Astrophysics, Biology,
Chemistry, Meteorology, or Physics.
- Social Science or Natural Science: choose from Criminal
Justice, Geography and the Environment, History, Political Science,
Psychology, Sociology, or the Natural Sciences listed above.
- THL Elective: choose any Theology elective with a course number
of 2000 or above.
- BL 2185: is recommended for ACC majors who want to sit for CPA
certification.
