How has the University’s recent physical transformation served our community?

Just two miles from the Villanova Campus, the 112-acre Cabrini Campus is being thoughtfully reimagined to enrich every dimension of University life. It will offer dynamic academic programming alongside distinctive residential, recreational and dining experiences. Residence halls are being renovated, recreation facilities refreshed, dining spaces reimagined and academic areas renewed—all with the goal of creating a vibrant, inclusive student experience rooted in our Augustinian Catholic tradition. Our guiding vision is to ensure that the Cabrini Campus radiates the same warmth, energy and sense of belonging that define Villanova.

Community is always at the forefront of our campus planning and decision-making, as evidenced by another transformational project taking shape: Falvey Library at Vic Maggitti Hall. Centrally located, Vic Maggitti Hall will serve as the academic heart of the University—a 21st-century library designed not just to house knowledge, but to spark it. It will be a place where students, faculty and staff come together to collaborate, innovate and explore. A true destination for discovery, it embodies our commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity and community. As St. Augustine reminds us, our goal is always to help one another “become what we are not yet,” and I have no doubt that Falvey Library at Vic Maggitti Hall will play a vital role in doing just that.
