Monday Morning Mentor: 20-Minute Online Teaching Programs

Start each week with an online teaching program that is focused on relevant teaching issues. VITAL and Falvey Library are pleased to bring this on-demand instructional programming to you. Explore common teaching questions, learn new practices. Access in the office, on the mobile device, at home; the program is available 24/7 for one week; the weekly video program is not archived; transcripts can be accessed below. Send a PDF of the “certificate” of program completion to VITAL via email for documentation of instructional development; write “MMM” in the subject line. You may include this documentation in your dossier.

Providing alternative content delivery like videos, audio, and podcasts can bring curiosity, interest, currency to our courses and help reinvigorate students’ learning experience. This program highlights how we might create and use a multimedia tutoring library to increase accessibility and consider the learning needs of every student.
