Our Creative team promotes Villanova University by increasing awareness, support and engagement to both internal and external audiences.

Our goal is to maintain a consistent institutional message, tone and graphic identity as part of the University’s strategic branding.

We proudly support the University through our professional and brand-compliant design projects. Whether your job is simple or complex, print or digital, static or animated, we will work with you to create the most compelling design to help tell your story.

How to Start a Creative Project

1.

BEFORE OPENING A JOB, BE READY TO:

  • Provide an informative description
  • Determine your target audience
  • List your goals for the piece
  • Gather photos to include if needed
  • Curate written copy
  • Provide print or digital sizes and specifications
  • Consider important due dates and milestones
  • Gather Villanova approved logos
  • List the do's and don'ts for us to keep in mind

2.

Fill out our Design Job Request Form

This ensures your communication project gets right to our doorstep so we can begin brainstorming.

3.

Wait for A Project Manager to Contact You

Only after the Design Job Request Form is completed will a project manager be in contact with you to kick-off your project or with an appropriate cost estimate.

DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START?

If you have questions, and because we understand that every project is unique, we ask that you complete our brief marketing meeting request form. A project manager will contact you to begin the first collaborative steps.

Additional Design Considerations

Often design projects will require photography or a University-approved logo. In order to streamline the design process, we ask that you pre-select images for the project and indicate which logos you will need.

More information can be found on our Photography and Logo pages.
