Missing Packages
All missing package inquiries must be emailed to Mail Services using the designated form. Requests must include:
- Tracking number;
- Date of delivery to campus;
- Proof of delivery, including signature confirmation and the name of the individual who signed.
Incomplete submissions or requests missing required information cannot be processed. If a package cannot be located, first verify with the carrier that the item was delivered to campus and signed for by a Mail Services employee. Once confirmed, Mail Services will investigate and respond accordingly. Per University policy, Mail Services is not responsible for packages not signed for by a Mail Services employee.
