Undergraduate Institution and Major: Chapman University, Class of 2024
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Leadership

Hometown: I am originally from Denver, Colorado (Go Broncos!), and I currently live in Austin, Texas.

Work Experience: I am currently a Federal Business Analyst at Oracle, where I support large-scale healthcare programs through analytics, forecasting, and operational reporting tied to Oracle Health initiatives. I work closely with project management, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure data accuracy, track milestones, and improve workflows using tools like Python, R, Excel, and Power BI.

Before this role, I worked as a Strategic Cloud Advisor at Oracle, where I focused on cloud strategy and client engagement. During that time, I consistently exceeded performance expectations, achieving over 100% of my quota and earning a Grit Award.

Earlier in my career, I gained experience across healthcare administration, real estate, media, and retail. These roles helped shape my ability to communicate, adapt quickly, and solve problems in fast-paced environments. I also served as Vice President of Risk Management for my sorority at Chapman University, where I developed leadership and organizational skills.

Why did you choose the Villanova MSBAi: Two defining moments pushed me toward analytics and AI: COVID-19 and my ACL injury.

During COVID, I saw how data and technology were driving major decisions across healthcare and business. It made me realize how powerful data can be, not just to understand what’s happening, but to guide what should happen next.

Then, during my ACL recovery, that idea became personal. My progress depended on tracking small improvements, staying consistent, and adjusting based on results. I began to approach recovery like a data problem, analyzing patterns, measuring progress, and optimizing outcomes. That experience completely shifted how I think.

At the same time, my work at Oracle showed me how AI and analytics are transforming real-world systems, especially in healthcare. The more I worked with tools like Python, R, and Power BI, the more I realized I wanted to go deeper.

Villanova’s MSBAi program stood out to me because it connects technical skills with real business impact. It felt like the perfect next step to turn both my personal experiences and professional exposure into something meaningful.

Goals or plans for a career after graduation from Villanova: After graduating, I want to combine my passions for fitness, recovery, and artificial intelligence. Going through my ACL recovery taught me how challenging both the physical and mental sides of recovery can be, and I want to help others navigate that journey more effectively.

My long-term goal is to build a fitness and recovery-focused venture that uses AI to personalize training, track progress, and support people through injuries like ACL tears. I want to make recovery more structured, data-driven, and accessible so individuals feel more confident and supported throughout the process.

Professionally, I am also interested in growing into roles like AI Architect or working in cloud and emerging technology strategy. Ultimately, I want to be in a position where I am building solutions that improve how people perform, recover, and make decisions.

MSBAi Expected Graduation Date: January 2027
