ABOUT THE CENTER
The DiLella Center for Real Estate is changing the face of business education at Villanova, new courses in real estate continue to be introduced. The Villanova School of Business currently offers an undergraduate business major and minor in real estate, while the College of Engineering offers a real estate development minor, and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences offers a real estate concentration. There have been over 1,500 students who have completed the real estate program at Villanova University and have since entered the industry.
Students are invited to participate in the Real Estate Society, which has 100+ active members each academic year. Students can also partake in the recently established DiLella Mulroy Fund, which consists of students who serve as senior managers, analysts, and interns, working cohesively to research, evaluate and underwrite potential commercial real estate investment opportunities.
The DiLella Center for Real Estate has an elite Real Estate Advisory Council that provides strategic guidance on the Center’s mission and activities, its impact on curricula at VSB, and the expansion of professional development opportunities available to VSB students in the field of real estate.
The ambitious Nova Next Council is a group of rising leaders within the Villanova real estate community who engage with students and actively participate in and develop Center events and programs throughout the academic year.
