Mission Statement
The College of Engineering Advisory Board is a consultative body that meets semi-annually to advise the Dean and College administration. Committed to securing the continued betterment of the College’s education programs, the member of the Board: review the strategic plan of the College and its integration into the overall plan of Villanova University; identify current trends in the engineering profession and their potential impact on the College’s education programs; assist in the development of networks and partnerships regarding internships, scholarships, fellowships, faculty research, distance education, and graduate placement; help establish, refine, and implement strategies for student, faculty and College recognition; and act as advocates for the mission, needs and strategic initiatives of the College of Engineering.
