The McNulty Institute at Villanova University cordially invites you to join alumna Dr. Katina Sawyer ’06 CLAS for a day of engaging conversations centered on workplace well-being and leadership. Dr. Sawyer is an internationally recognized expert in workplace wellness, co-author of Leading for Wellness, co-host of the Leading for Wellness podcast, and co-founder of Workr Beeing. She is also an award-winning researcher and Associate Professor at the University of Arizona.

Panelists will share personal insights and professional perspectives on evolving expectations of leadership, the importance of inclusive cultures, and how today’s decisions inform the next generation of workplaces.

Together, we will consider what it means to lead with intention in a time of change—and how thoughtful leadership fosters healthier, more equitable, and sustainable workplaces for all. Networking cocktail hour begins at 4:30 P.M..
