Jack Boeglin

Biography

Jack Boeglin studies the federal courts and the legal implications of Artificial Intelligence.  His scholarship has been published (or is forthcoming) in the Michigan Law Review, University of Pennsylvania Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, Villanova Law Review, Virginia Law Review, Yale Law Journal and Yale Journal of Law & Technology.

Prior to joining Villanova, Boeglin was a Sharswood Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.  He has worked as an appellate litigator and tech regulation lawyer at Covington & Burling in London, UK, and Washington, DC.  He previously served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor, as well as Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and the Honorable Guido Calabresi of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Boeglin earned his JD from Yale Law School and his BA from Brown University.  He is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars.
