The Office for Academic Services and Policies manages all systems and processes for curriculum requirements, student records and degree completion. They manage several direct communications to students and serve as a resource to faculty and staff in the college on policies and processes.

CLAS Ambassador Program
The CLAS Ambassadors program is an opportunity for CLAS students to represent the college at admissions events and help the Ellis Center with student programming. Current students interested in getting involved should email elliscenter@villanova.edu.
Registration Assistance
Our staff assist students who need special permission for course enrollment, credit increases/overloads, and any students who are experiencing difficulties with registration.
Degree Audit Questions and Graduation Certification
We serve as a one-stop-shop for any questions regarding degree audits (Degree Works and CAPP). We assist and support CLAS students, as well as faculty and staff, with questions about the student’s graduation progress.
