NOVA NATION

Work It Out

Everyone from seasoned athletes to total beginners can enjoy Villanova’s wide range of ways to get active—and the many benefits that come from joining in. Students, faculty and staff can fuel their competitive drive through intramural leagues like outdoor soccer, pickleball and ultimate Frisbee. Club sports such as badminton and soccer are available for student participants, and group fitness classes—ranging from yoga to boxing-fit—and aquatics programs give the community countless opportunities to move, sweat and have fun together. Beginning in the fall, even more recreational spaces will open on the Cabrini Campus, including access to the Dixon Center and Nerney Pavilion, as well as adjacent turf and grass fields.
