Biology majors completing a Senior Thesis and Honors Program students conducting thesis research under the direction of a Biology faculty member should enroll in the special section of BIO 5100 - Senior Seminar for thesis students during the spring semester only. Other students may be assigned to a section of BIO 5100 - Senior Seminar in either semester of senior year, depending on section availability ( BIO 5100 - Senior Seminar is only taken once).

The schedule shown here does not indicate all requirements for graduation. Biology courses must include at least 5 upper-level laboratories (or equivalent) and at least one laboratory course in each of 3 sub-disciplinary categories. Students must also fulfill writing requirement for Biology majors and the College diversity requirements. Consult the University Catalog and your advisor for more details.
