30 years ago to address the growing need for expertise in diverse areas of
this dynamic field.
Graduates of Villanova's program have pursued careers
in human resources in the Delaware Valley, Philadelphia, New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Seoul,
Istanbul, United Arab Emirates, India,
Tokyo, London, Jerusalem and many other parts of the world.
The Master's
Program provides students with a comprehensive background in the basic human
resource competencies with emphasis on global, strategic and developmental
issues. Pre- and Post-Master's Certificates allow students to further
their study in key areas of HR.
