Photography at Villanova

Photography at Villanova captures all that it means to be a Wildcat—walking through the picturesque campus on the way to class, witnessing fellow Villanovans excel in the classroom and on the playing field and the daily hustle and bustle of campus life.
Our Photography team’s attention to detail and passion for creating visuals that highlight the Villanova community ensures only the best content whether you need stock images for your website or decals for your office.
We produce unbeatable, unique visual content for the Villanova community we serve. Whether you want to browse our extensive image library, set up a shoot or get started on a new digital design project, our team is here to help.
Please note that when scheduling a photoshoot, all participants must sign a Photography Consent Form.
Stock Photography

Stock photography is used in print and web materials to exhibit the Villanova experience, academics, campus and more.
All of our current stock photography within the past four years is stored in PhotoShelter for Brands, a digital asset management platform. View access is limited to Villanova Faculty and Staff while students do not have access. Download access is limited to University Communication and Marketing staff. Contact your communications director for any image download requests.
Faculty and Staff already have view access to PhotoShelter for Brands via Villanova's single sign-on and do not need to sign up.
Read more on logging on via single sign-on (SSO).
To ensure the viability of imagery for the University stock photography archive, all stock photography is managed by the Marketing team from concept to completion. This includes initial meetings, photoshoot planning, on-site production, contracts and legal releases. When requesting a job, be as specific as possible.
