Our Fall Career Fair is an annual event at Villanova, with nearly 2,000 students and alumni of all years and majors attending, eager to speak with you about your leadership programs, internships, and full-time opportunities. Consulting 101 Panel & Networking Reception

The Consulting 101 Panel & Networking Reception offers students of ALL majors and class years the opportunity to hear from consultants representing various firms and career levels. The Marketing Hiring Meetup is an opportunity for marketing and communication students to connect with employers offering entry‑level roles and internships. Engineering Mock Interviews

Register your company representatives to participate in the College of Engineering's Career Compass Mock Interview program, engaging ALL second year engineering students (Civil and Environmental, Chemical and Biological, Computer, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers). Conduct 30-minute live practice interviews (on campus or virtually) with students across all disciplines to provide career readiness for first-time interviewees. Brand your organization for future internship and full-time opportunities. Option to participate in half-day, full-day or multiple-day block of practice interviews with students; running Tuesday, October 27 to Thursday, October 29th from 9am-5pm. Based on availability, elect to conduct interviews on campus or dial in virtually to interview our students in our technology-enhanced Career Center Mezzalingua Family Employer Engagement Suite on campus. Upon registration, you will receive further details on how to select your time blocks and sign up additional company representatives.

    

Nursing Career Fair

This annual program is designed to provide our nursing students with a greater understanding of the variety of career paths within nursing as well as the diversity of possible employment settings. This program is open to nursing students of all academic years.

Villanova's Nursing Career Fair is open to hospitals and healthcare organizations with professional opportunities. Academic recruiting is not permitted.

Villanova University graduates approximately 200 nursing students (traditional students and Nursing Express students) per year, and the majority of our seniors and juniors will be participating. This event is for Villanova students and alumni only.

The Villanova Career Center, in collaboration with the Office for Access and Disability Services (ADS), invites employers to participate in a meaningful session designed to connect directly with students with disabilities. This event offers employers the opportunity to share their career journeys, highlight inclusive workplace practices, and engage with students in an authentic and impactful way. The format is intentionally flexible and can be tailored based on employer interests and ideas, allowing for a collaborative and dynamic experience. By participating, employers can build relationships with a diverse and talented student population while demonstrating a strong commitment to accessibility.

A Day in the Life of Series: Careers in Communications, Media, and Marketing

Employers and alumni in communications, media, and marketing roles are invited to present in our "A Day in the Life: Careers in Communications, Media and Marketing" series, where presenters will guide Villanova students through their typical workday—hour by hour—with interactive elements. Whether you are in PR, advertising, journalism, or another dynamic role, this is a chance to showcase how you navigate daily challenges and offer students valuable career insights.
