SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Celebrate the Class of 2027 with a series of events for graduates and their guests. Programming for families, friends, and graduates begins on May 13, with activities leading to the Commencement ceremonies.
Please see each event for details regarding ticketing.
Graduates are also welcome to join us for a series of memorable social events celebrating the Class of 2027. Registration and more details will be released in the spring.
Registration is limited to graduating Villanova students only; guests and family members are not permitted.
Events for external guests begin on May 13.
Thursday, May 13
NROTC Commissioning
10:00 AM | St. Thomas of Villanova Church
Villanova’s Naval ROTC unit hosts the annual commissioning of graduating midshipmen as Ensigns in the United States Navy and Second Lieutenants in the United States Marine Corps. The ceremony includes the Oath of Office and recognizes the new officers alongside their commissioning officers, families, and guests.
Tickets are not required for the NROTC Commissioning, which will also be livestreamed.

Baccalaureate Mass
4:00 PM | Villanova Stadium
All bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and law graduates and their guests are welcome at this beautiful event that brings the community together. A special Augustinian blessing offered at the end of the Mass is one of Villanova's most treasured traditions.
Tickets are not required for the Baccalaureate Mass, which will also be livestreamed.

President’s Reception
for Bachelor’s Degree Graduates and Guests

Following the Baccalaureate, graduates and their guests can enjoy light refreshments while celebrating this special milestone alongside fellow graduates and faculty.
Tickets are not required for the President's Reception.

Friday, May 14
College of Engineering
Bachelor's Degree Commencement and Recognition Ceremony
9:00 AM | Location TBA
University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, and Michele Marcolongo, PhD, the Drosdick Endowed Dean of the College of Engineering, will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage.
Six tickets will be issued to each graduate for the ceremony, which will also be livestreamed.
Villanova School of Business
Bachelor's Degree Commencement and Recognition Ceremony
11:30 AM | Location TBA
University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, and Wen Mao, PhD, the Helen and William O'Toole Dean of the Villanova School of Business, will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage.
Six tickets will be issued to each graduate for the ceremony, which will also be livestreamed.
M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing
Bachelor's Degree Commencement and Recognition Ceremony

University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, and Donna Sullivan Havens, PhD, RN, FAAN, the Connelly Endowed Dean of the M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing, will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage.

College of Liberal Arts & Sciences
Bachelor's Degree Commencement and Recognition Ceremony

University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, and Adele Lindenmeyr, PhD, the William and Julia Moulden Dean of the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage.

Saturday, May 15
Charles Widger School of Law Commencement Ceremony
10:00 AM | Finneran Pavilion
University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, and Mark C. Alexander, JD, the Arthur J. Kania Dean and Professor of Law, will confer degrees. During this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be read, and each graduate will walk across the stage. Reception to follow at Scarpa Hall.
Tickets are not required for the Law School Ceremony and reception, which will also be livestreamed.
College of Professional Studies
Commencement and Recognition Ceremony
1:00 PM | The John and Joan Mullen Center for the Performing Arts
University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, and the Rev. David Cregan, OSA, PhD, Dean of the College of Professional Studies, will confer degrees. At this ceremony, the names of all graduates will be called, and graduates will walk across the stage. Reception to follow.

and Recognition Ceremony
3:30 PM | Finneran Pavilion
