CABRINI CAMPUS SPACES
RESERVATION TIMELINE
Cabrini Campus spaces will launch in VenueVU on Monday, August 10, 2026 for faculty, staff and students. The earliest booking date available will be Monday, August 24, 2026, the first day of classes for the Fall 2026 semester.
HIGHLIGHTED SPACES
The Dixon Center is a 100,000-square-foot sports and recreation complex with an indoor pool, a large gymnasium with multiple basketball courts, a suspended indoor track, and a fitness center for students, faculty and staff. The center also includes meeting spaces, classroom space, and a group fitness studio.
The Cabrini Arbor is the tree-lined outdoor lawn located at the heart of Cabrini Campus. In addition to the Arbor, the campus is home to many outdoor spaces for the Villanova community to gather, including the Cabrini Firepits, Montefalco Lawn, Montefalco Courtyard, and Montefalco Terrace.
The Ortiz Hall 112 Auditorium is a 208-person hall with tiered seating available for academic events, student organization events, performances, and more. Just outside of the Auditorium is the Ortiz Hall Landing, a public reception space that can be booked either individually or in conjunction with the Auditorium.
All bookable Cabrini Campus spaces are available in VenueVU, Villanova's space reservation and event management platform. In VenueVU, users can browse available spaces and view additional space information, including room capacities, features, photos, and more.
ACADEMIC SPACES
Reservable academic spaces include:
- Fourteen general purpose classrooms in Bellesini Hall & Iadarola Center
- Four general purpose seminar rooms in Bellesini Hall
- Iadorala Center 108 Lecture Hall, a 65-person lecture hall
- Dixon Center 219 Classroom, a 48-person classroom
General purpose classrooms are available in the "Reserve a Classroom" template in VenueVU and follow the booking process and timeline for all Villanova academic spaces. These spaces are managed by the Registrar's Office.
The Ortiz Hall Auditorium, Iadarola 108 Lecture Hall, and Dixon 219 Classroom are available in the "Request an Event Space" template in VenueVU. These spaces are managed by University Events.
ATHLETIC & RECREATION FACILITIES
Reservable athletic and recreation facilities include:
- Dixon Turf Field, located adjacent to the Dixon Center
- Dixon Center Gymnasium, a large gym space featuring three side-by-side basketball courts and a suspended indoor track
- Dixon Center 209 Group Fitness Studio
- Outdoor recreation courts, including sand volleyball, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts
Athletic and recreation facilities are available in the "Request an Athletic Facility" template in VenueVU and are managed by Recreation.
MEETING ROOMS
Reservable meeting spaces include:
- Cascia Hall 103 Meeting Room
- Cascia Hall 104 Meeting Room
- Dixon Center 131A Meeting Room
- Dixon Center 131B Conference Room
- Ortiz Hall 106 Meeting Room
All meeting spaces, capacities, and room features are available in the "Book a Meeting" template in VenueVU. Cascia Hall & Ortiz Hall meeting rooms are managed by Auxiliary Services. Dixon Center meeting rooms are managed by Recreation.
EVENT SPACES
Reservable event spaces include:
- Cascia Hall Commons
- Dixon Center 219 Classroom, a 48-person classroom
- Dixon Center Gymnasium
- Iadarola 108 Lecture Hall, a 65-person lecture hall
- Ortiz Hall Landing
- Ortiz Hall 112 Auditorium, a 210-person tiered auditorium
- Ortiz Hall 210 Event Space, a 24-person multipurpose space
- Sacred Heart Chapel, a 200-person sacred space
- Bellesini Hall Table 1842, a unique dining space
At this time, Montefalco Hall is not available for reservations.
Event spaces are available in the "Request an Event Space" template in VenueVU. Cascia Hall Commons, Ortiz Hall Auditorium & Landing, and Ortiz Hall 210 Event Space are managed by Auxiliary Services. The Dixon Center Gymnasium is managed by Recreation.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Reservable outdoor spaces include:
- Cabrini Arbor, the central green space between Cascia Hall and the Montrose Mansion
- Cascia Field, a grass field adjacent to Cascia Hall
- Cabrini Firepits, 7 firepits with outdoor seating located by Cascia Hall
- Montefalco Circle, the paved traffic circle adjacent to the Montefalco Terrace (Parking Lot C-5)
- Montefalco Courtyard, the paved courtyard space on the north side of Montefalco Hall
- Montefalco Lawn, the grass lawn on the south side of Montefalco Hall
- Montefalco Terrace, the stone terrace on the west side of Montefalco Hall
Outdoor spaces are available in the "Request an Outdoor Space" template in VenueVU and are managed by University Events.
TABLING SPACES
Reservable tabling spaces include:
- 2 spaces in the Dixon Center Lobby
- 2 spaces in the Cascia Hall Commons
- 2 spaces outside of Cascia Hall (Cabrini Arbor side)
These spaces are available in the "Book a Tabling Space" template in VenueVU and are managed by Recreation (Dixon Center tables) and Auxiliary Services (Casia Hall tables).
