SPACE RESERVATIONS AND EVENT REQUESTS

VenueVU provides faculty, staff and students a campus-wide solution for space reservations, event requests, and a centralized University Events Calendar.
Cabrini Campus Spaces
Cabrini Campus spaces will launch in VenueVU on Monday, August 10, 2026 for faculty, staff and students. The earliest booking date available will be Monday, August 24, 2026, the first day of classes for the Fall 2026 semester.
Reserving Campus Space
The majority of on-campus reservable spaces can be booked by faculty, staff and students in VenueVU. This includes event spaces, classrooms, meeting rooms, athletic facilities, performance spaces, outdoor areas, study rooms, and more.
Certain spaces, including various department-specific meeting rooms, labs, and other departmental spaces, the Charles Widger School of Law spaces within Scarpa Hall, and The Inn at Villanova are currently not included in VenueVU.
Permissions to book space are based on role (i.e. faculty/staff vs. student), and reservations are either direct-book or require an approval process, depending on the space.
