The inaugural fall Moorad Center event will explore the rapidly evolving intersection of sports and labor law, specifically professional baseball and college athletics. Experts will examine the legal issues surrounding collective bargaining and compensation in Major League Baseball. Panelists will also explore the college athletics side, including the ongoing legal effects of name, image and likeness (NIL), including the potential impact of future federal legislation.
This event is pending approval for 1 substantive CLE credit. A reception will follow the event.
