The Center for Ethics, Integrity and Compliance welcomes Ramona M. Mariani, Esq. ’96, disciplinary counsel-in-charge in the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, District I for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Ramona Mariani is the counsel in charge for the Philadelphia District 1 Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC). She has been with ODC for over twenty years. For the first thirteen years, she worked as a trial attorney, investigating and prosecuting lawyers accused of violating the Rules of Professional Conduct. Prior to joining ODC, Mariani worked for both a defense firm and a plaintiff’s firm handling primarily complex civil litigation. She is an active member of the National Organization of Bar Counsel (NOBC) and regularly presents on a variety of topics for the NOBC and various bar associations. Mariani graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College, magna cum laude, in 1989 and from Villanova Law, magna cum laude, in 1996.
