We know that committing to a graduate program is a big decision so we encourage you to explore the resources found on this page before making your decision.
If you have decided to enroll with us, please let us know by completing the Admission Reply Form on your Application Status Portal.
If you do not plan to enroll, we would appreciate any feedback that led to your decision on the reply form.
Once you confirm your intent to enroll by submitting your Admission Reply Form, you'll be prompted to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit through your Application Status Portal. This deposit secures your place in the program and will be applied to the general fee for your first semester. Your graduate student record cannot be created until the deposit is received.
Note: Enrollment deposits are required for the Spring 2026 semester and beyond.
Submit official transcripts from all schools at which you earned 10 or more undergraduate or graduate credit hours (or the equivalent, if the institution's standard courses are not 3 credits each).
For a transcript to be considered official, the transcripts must include the degree and conferral date, come directly from the institution(s) with a university email address or through a transcript service such as Parchment, the National Student Clearinghouse, or another similar organization. Transcripts submitted by students will be considered unofficial.
If you are completing a degree just prior to enrolling at Villanova, be sure that the degree and conferral date are posted to the transcript before ordering. Some institutions will allow you to order the transcript before degree conferral and will not process the order until the degree is posted to the transcript.
Electronically submitting official transcripts is the most efficient and trackable way to send transcripts. Electronic transcripts can be sent to gradinformation@villanova.edu or if, using a service, select Graduate College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Villanova University.
If you are unable to have an electronic transcript sent to us through your university registrar’s office, please contact us as soon as possible. You may use the following address:
Villanova University
Office of Graduate Studies
Liberal Arts and Sciences
Vasey Hall - Suite 109
800 E. Lancaster Avenue
Villanova, PA 19085
Once you have submitted your Admission Reply Form and we have processed your official transcripts, your graduate student record will be created so you can officially enroll at Villanova University!
After your student record is created, please contact your program director who can provide information about your advisor (if applicable) and assist with providing your registration pin and registration details.
The Office for International Students and Scholars offers a myriad of services to international students, including assistance with immigration rights and responsibilities; educational, social and personal counseling; cultural adjustment; and campus and community activities.
In addition, you may want to consider taking a course in the English for Everyday Life series through the College of Professional Studies (CPS). Students explore topics of interest from everyday life while practicing and building English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Please note: Courses through CPS will not count towards your degree in Graduate Studies.
The Bursar's Office provides convenient options for payments and refunds as well as handling all questions related to student accounts and tuition/fee information.
If you are seeking financial assistance, our Office of Financial Assistance offers students personalized assistance in navigating the student loan process and other resources.
