PMP® EXAM PREP

PMP® Exam Prep is a 12-week course designed for experienced project managers preparing to pursue the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.

As a Project Management Institute Authorized Training Partner (ATP), Villanova’s course is aligned with PMI-developed training and the current PMP® Exam Content Outline. Students gain insight into the exam structure, question approach and study strategies while strengthening their understanding of the project leadership practices reflected in PMI’s updated exam.

Course content emphasizes the People, Process and Business Environment domains, with attention to predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. Students explore topics such as stakeholder engagement, team leadership, communication, organizational alignment, planning integration, risk, quality, procurement and value delivery. The course is designed to help students connect project management concepts across the full project environment rather than studying them as isolated knowledge areas.

Students preparing to sit for the PMP® Exam must meet additional PMI eligibility requirements, including professional project management experience. These requirements can be found on the Project Management Institute’s website.
