In this course, students will learn industry tools and tactics to effectively market products or services and engage audiences across key digital channels, including search engine marketing, social media, and CRM strategies. You’ll learn how to leverage and analyze various techniques like paid advertising and SEO to optimize marketing budgets and maximize ROI. Additionally, students will design a multi-channel CRM campaign aimed at nurturing leads and improving customer retention. The course also covers how to use social media and influencer marketing to attract and convert targeted customers.

In this course, students learn to plan, produce and optimize social media content that aligns brand voice with audience insights across major platforms. You’ll apply storytelling, copywriting, design and short-form video techniques to build platform-ready posts and mini campaigns, then use analytics to test, iterate and improve results. Students create a content calendar, launch a four-week publishing plan and evaluate performance with KPIs to drive engagement and conversions. The course also covers ethical guidelines, attribution basics and light automation for consistent output.

The Advanced Digital Marketing & Analytics course empowers students to design and optimize effective sales and marketing funnels. You’ll learn how to manage and elevate a brand’s digital reputation by employing trust-building strategies, addressing negative feedback, and utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing initiatives. The course highlights the critical role of digital presence in fostering trust, improving customer experience, boosting operational efficiency and driving ROI.

Our programs are built for busy adult learners. Each course requires a one-hour live session one evening per week. Additional coursework can be done whenever is most convenient for you. You'll follow a structured weekly rhythm, supported by a learning experience that blends faculty-led guidance, peer engagement and applied work to help you connect concepts to your professional context.
