COACHING AND EMPOWERING TEAMS CERTIFICATE COURSES

REQUIRED

Agile Foundations for Team Empowerment: Principles and Practice is a course which introduces the core elements of Agile with a focus on building empowered, self-organizing teams. Learners will explore Scrum roles, sprints, and key ceremonies while practicing techniques to make work visible, limit work in progress, and foster continuous feedback. Through iterative goal setting and progress tracking, participants learn how Agile rituals and roles can drive clarity, accountability, and team cohesion. The course emphasizes creating a culture of continuous improvement that supports adaptive, high-performing teams.

This course teaches leaders how to manage diverse teams in traditional, virtual and hybrid settings. You'll apply Tuckman’s Model for team development, develop strategies to foster trust and collaboration and use CliftonStrengths to optimize team performance. Key topics include managing conflict, creating team charters and coaching for success. Ideal for leaders seeking to enhance team dynamics, motivate members and drive high performance aligned with organizational goals.

This course helps team leads develop the mindsets and skills to coach rather than manage, fostering greater autonomy and engagement. Learners will gain practical facilitation techniques for leading inclusive conversations and feedback sessions. Through active listening, reflective questioning, and conflict resolution strategies, participants will be equipped to support team growth and resilience.

Our programs are built for busy adult learners. The certificate program requires a one-hour live session one evening per week. Additional coursework can be done whenever is most convenient for you.
