LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE COURSES

ELECTIVES

This course is an accessible, hands-on introduction to artificial intelligence, designed for professionals who want to understand how AI works—and how to use it responsibly. Through interactive, no-code exercises, you’ll explore key concepts such as machine learning, deep learning, generative AI and process automation. You’ll learn how data shapes AI models, gain practical experience with tools like Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot, and examine real-world applications across industries.

This course teaches leaders how to manage diverse teams in traditional, virtual and hybrid settings. You'll apply Tuckman’s Model for team development, develop strategies to foster trust and collaboration and use CliftonStrengths to optimize team performance. Key topics include managing conflict, creating team charters and coaching for success. Ideal for leaders seeking to enhance team dynamics, motivate members and drive high performance aligned with organizational goals.

This course equips leaders and professionals with the tools to drive successful change initiatives using ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Model. You’ll gain practical skills in managing change, analyzing stakeholders and developing communication strategies to foster buy-in and minimize resistance. Key topics include strategic change analysis, stakeholder engagement, cultural considerations, resistance management and resource planning. By the end, you’ll be able to lead through complex transformations, promote collaboration and ensure smooth execution of change efforts. Ideal for current and aspiring leaders and change agents.

This course helps team leads develop the mindsets and skills to coach rather than manage, fostering greater autonomy and engagement. Learners will gain practical facilitation techniques for leading inclusive conversations and feedback sessions. Through active listening, reflective questioning, and conflict resolution strategies, participants will be equipped to support team growth and resilience.

This course develops the essential verbal and non-verbal communication skills that distinguish influential leaders, focusing on authentic presence, strategic messaging and compelling delivery techniques for diverse business settings.

This course equips non-financial managers with the skills to interpret financial statements, analyze business performance and confidently engage in strategic financial discussions. Through a hands-on approach, you'll learn key concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, capital budgeting and risk assessment, empowering you to contribute meaningfully to financial planning and business strategy.

This course explores the intersection of systems thinking, design thinking, and interactive design to solve complex organizational problems. You will learn to analyze adaptive systems, understand interdependencies and apply human-centered design to create innovative solutions that drive change. Topics include systems thinking and design thinking methodologies, stakeholder engagement, securing buy-in and fostering cross-functional collaboration. By the end, you'll have the tools to solve complex problems, influence change and enhance your leadership in dynamic business environments.

FLEXIBLE BY DESIGN

Our programs are built for busy adult learners. Each course requires a one-hour live session one evening per week. Additional coursework can be done whenever is most convenient for you. You'll follow a structured weekly rhythm, supported by a learning experience that blends faculty-led guidance, peer engagement and applied work to help you connect concepts to your professional context. In addition, career management resources are available to support goal-setting, professional materials and next-step planning.
