The Eleanor H. McCullen Center for Law, Religion and Public Policy welcomes Hon. Paul B. Matey, judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and Marc O. DeGirolami, co-director of the Center for Law and the Human Person and St. John Henry Newman Professor of Law at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, for a discussion about DeGirolami's recent book, "The Constitution of Practice: On Law and Tradition."
David Worby ’76 Reflects on Decades-Long Career and Historic 9/11 Case
David Worby ’76 spent more than 40 years working as a trial lawyer, with specialties ranging from personal injury to contracts to business disputes to zoning. Among his proudest achievements is representing over 10,000 rescue workers affected by toxic exposure during post-9/11 cleanup.
