CAYUSE

Accessing CAYUSE

Villanova uses Cayuse as our web-based research administration system. Cayuse contains three modules:

  • Cayuse SP: The pre- and post-award application and award management system. All proposals submitted on behalf of the University must be routed and approved through this system in order to be submitted to the sponsor. 
  • Cayuse 424: Is the System to System program which can be used for preparing and submitting federal grant applications. The system directly interfaces with grants.gov and allows for real time validation of applications before submissions.
  • Cayuse IRB: Is the single repository for IRB applications, renewals, modifications, IRB Committee meetings, IRB Committee reviews, and approval documentation.
