To help students stay paws-itively relaxed and focused during finals, Villanova University’s Campus Activities Team, better known as CAT, unleashed a new kind of stress relief. April’s Puppy Yoga sessions, now in their second year, brought nearly 250 students to Alumni Hall Gym. The free event was sponsored by CAT in partnership with Doggy Noses and Yoga Poses, a fundraising group that supports animal rescues. “Puppy Yoga brings smiles to students’ faces,” says Kelsey Hearns ’26 CLAS, CAT’s director of traditions. “It’s a great way to de-stress while also raising awareness for dogs in need of adoption.”
