A NEW ERA FOR VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY
Villanova University’s new 112-acre Cabrini Campus opened in August 2026, providing the opportunity for the University to enhance its programs and commitment to advancing Catholic higher education. This addition supports all aspects of campus life, providing a space that nurtures a true living and learning experience in Villanova’s Augustinian Catholic tradition.
FOSTERING INTELLECTUAL COMMUNITY
The Cabrini Campus provides important additional spaces for Villanova’s vibrant academic community. The campus’s academic buildings feature nearly 30 classrooms, dedicated nursing simulation space, state-of-the-art research labs and ample student study areas supporting undergraduate and graduate students.
Several academic programs benefit from these new facilities and make this campus their new home, including:
Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences
with distinctive research and teaching spaces and a state-of-the-art vivarium
Fitzpatrick College of Nursing Graduate Programs
utilizing dedicated nursing classroom and simulation spaces to complement the existing Driscoll Hall
Department of Education and Counseling
preparing counselors of distinction and honoring Cabrini University's excellence in educating primary and secondary school teachers in a reimagined department footprint
Ethics Program
central to Villanova's liberal arts education offering core coursework to undergraduate students in their sophomore year and beyond through a Minor
Department of Communication
for select facilities such as media labs to complement offerings in Garey Hall

In addition to a robust academic program, the Villanova University Cabrini Campus is home to a dynamic mix of residential, dining and recreational experiences. Its amenities are available to all Villanova students. Highlights include:
Providing space for approximately 900 sophomores and other interested students through six residence halls and one apartment-style building
100,000 square-foot recreation complex with an indoor pool, multiple basketball courts, an outdoor turf playing field, a suspended indoor track, numerous outdoor courts and a fitness center for students, faculty and staff
Centrally located featuring comfortable seating, a student lounge, made-to-order dining concepts, a coffee shop, convenience store and university shop
A variety of fresh, nutritious and sustainable all-you-care-to-eat and made-to-order dining options in Bellesini Hall and Cascia Hall
Dedicated Study Space
Supporting the needs of our academic community with a dedicated building featuring open study seating, a Tech Zone and program spaces
