RECREATION & FITNESS

A wealth of indoor and outdoor recreational spaces—open to all Villanova students, faculty and staff—will be available at the Cabrini Campus.

DIXON CENTER AND NERNEY PAVILION

The 100,000-square-foot Dixon Center and Nerney Pavilion will serve as the recreational hub of the Cabrini Campus. The building features an indoor pool, basketball courts, a group fitness studio, fitness centers and a suspended running track. Outdoor recreational facilities include basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, a nature trail and turf and grass playing fields.

Regardless of which campus they reside on, Villanovans will have full access to the Dixon Center, Nerney Pavilion and other recreation and fitness facilities on the Cabrini Campus. Villanova's club and intramural sports teams will use Cabrini spaces for games and practices.

Villanova Field Hockey also will have a new home on the Cabrini Campus, opening during the 2026 season.
