Class Description: Join us for this 45-minute functional movement class utilizing body weight and optional added weights. You will work to connect breath to movement while incorporating low impact strength, balance, and flexibility exercises. You can expect to leave feeling energized and empowered to take on the rest of your day! Participants may wear grippy socks or be barefoot; sneakers are also fine if preferable.

What: Strength & Stability Exercise Class with Katie D'Orazio
When: Friday March 27, 2026 from 11:30am - 12:15pm
Where: Canon Fitness Studios located in The Commons; 28 spots available.
Class Description: Join us for this 45-minute total body functional movement class. We will build strength and stability primarily using our own body weight, with optional light dumbbells for added resistance. The class will incorporate smaller movements for deep muscle engagement as well as larger movements to flush out the muscles. Breathwork will be weaved in throughout to enhance mindfulness and tap into our core in every exercise. You will leave class feeling empowered and energized! Participants may wear grippy socks or be barefoot; sneakers are also fine if preferable.
