FALL BREAK

MONDAY, OCTOBER 12-FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16

 

Campus services will be limited during break. Please read the information below for helpful details regarding University operations. 

 

  • In case of emergency, contact Public Safety at 610-519-4444.
  • For non-emergencies, or to reach an on-call residence life staff member, please call 610-519-5800.

  • Free round-the-clock telehealth counseling services will be available to all students over break. Visit UWill to register.  
  • The Student Health Center break schedule is as follows:

  • A list of local health resources, including pharmacies, hospitals and urgent care locations, can be found on the Student Health Center website.  

  • All Villanova University and residence hall policies remain in effect during break. 
  • This will be a low occupancy time on campus. For your safety, do not allow individuals not assigned to your residence hall or apartment access to your building or prop doors. 
  • Always carry your Wildcard with you. 
  • All Cabrini residents have a common kitchen in thier hall. Students staying on the VIllanova campus over the break will have Wildcard access to the communal kitchens on the first floor in Trinity Hall in The Commons. Students will be expected to bring their own food/ingredients and clean up after themselves. Please do not plan to leave food for another time in a pot or pan so other students may use those tools as well. 

  • View Dining Services' Break schedule. 
  • St. Mary's Dining Hall will remain open during the break, accepting guest meals, food points, Nova Bucks and credit cards. 
  • Bellesini, Dougherty and Donahue dining halls will close after dinner on Friday, Oct. 9 and reopen for dinner on Sunday, Oct. 18. 
  • The Exchange in Bartley Hall will be open from 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on weekdays during break. 
  • Meal plans are not active during breaks. Students may use guest meals and points if they like. 
  • You can always see what's open by visiting Dining Services' OPEN NOW website.

Wildcat Shuttles will run during Fall Break (Saturday, Oct. 10-Sunday, Oct. 18) from from 8 a.m.-10:30 p.m. using the usual shuttle stops at Sheehan Hall, West Campus and the Cabrini Campus parking garage. Check the TripShot app for up-to-date schedule and shuttle information. 

Nova Van On Demand will be available from 10:30 p.m.-8 a.m. throughout Fall Break. 

There will be no King of Prussia shuttle during Fall Break.

 

  • The Nova Nook, located in Dougherty Hall Room 217, will remain open and can provide supplemental non-perishable food items. Students can use their Wildcards to access Dougherty Hall on the Vasey side, near the entrance to the dining hall. 
  • Students who are approved to stay on campus over the break will be emailed information about support for those experiencing food insecurity. Please check your email for more information from Student Life.
