Intramural registration has moved online!
Step 1: Creating a Membership / completing a waiver
1. Navigate to the DSE online dashboard; sign in with VU user name and password.
2. Select the membership tab
3. Select Intramural Sports
4. Select the current school year
5. Select Sign Up
6. Confirm the current academic year as well as your name
7. Upload the Intramural Waiver by clicking the "add document" link
a. Follow the waiver instructions provided
b. Click Next
8. Click Confirm
9. Check your account that all info is completed and waiver was properly uploaded
a. All waivers will be checked for correct submission
b. Players only have to complete the membership/waiver step once per year. Registering for another team this academic year? Just skip to Step 2, registering your team.
Step 2: Registering your Team
1. Navigate to the DSE online dashboard
2. Select Intramural Sports
3. Select which sport you are trying to register for
4. Select which league you want to participate in
5. Select “Register Your Team” or “Register as Free Agent”
6. Input team name
7. Hit create
Step 3: Pay Forfeit Fee
- Pay online with NovaBucks.
- You can add NovaBucks to your account through credit Card .
- Contact us to coordinate an in person payment.
Step 4: Invite Teammates / Create Scheduling Restrictions
1. Select “Add by Email” or “Add from Free Agents” to invite team members
a. Note all team members must complete the “Creating a Membership” portion before being able to join a created team
2. Have invited members follow the emailed instructions
3. Next click the Scheduling Restrictions tab
4. Indicate your team's availability
a. Click the pencil icon for each day listed
b. Click Available all day if true
c. Click Unavailable all day if true
d. Click Availability Time to set specific time frames
Make sure to click “Save Availability” once fully completed
Your team will be eligible for registration once you pay your forfeit fee and have enough eligible players to field a team. Players must complete the online membership/waiver process to be eligible.

NOTES
Roster Count
The Intramural department recommends that all teams add more participants than the minimum so you don't have to forfeit any matches
Tournament/Playoff Scheduling
Due to the nature of a playoff bracket and time/field constraints, teams will be randomly scheduled their matches on any day that we have available; We cannot accomodate scheduling requests or restrictions. Teams should check the bracket directly after each match to see when their next scheduled match is.
Rescheduling Games
It is not always possible to schedule all teams on the chosen preferred playing days. The Intramural department is unable to reschedule a team to another day once the schedule is released.
Seasons
Teams have until the captain's meeting to add players. Waivers must accompany all roster additions and must be submitted to the Intramural Sports office.
FREE AGENTS
Don't have a team? Express interest in being available as a free agent!
The best way to guarantee your participation is to form your own team and register, but if you can't field a team, you can register as a free ageent through the registration process above and then captains can invite you to their team if they need additional players.
IMPORTANT FORMS
Players only have to complete one intramural waiver/membership per academic year. No need to fill out a new waiver for each sport you want to play.
