We are planning four weeks of activities to introduce you to a variety of resources and services available to support your health and well-being. Every Healthy Nova Month, we encourage you to explore HOW you want to connect and where technology can help and hinder those connections. September will give you the resources to thrive at Villanova! October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

During October we educate our community about how to create healthy relationships, spread awareness of resources, support survivors, and unite to prevent violence. Everyone deserves healthy and respectful relationships. Join us at one of the many activities that we have planned this month!

Office of Health Promotion Earns Inaugural 'Ignite Your Strengths' Award for Outstanding Programming

Health Promotion's Cristina Babyak, MPH, Community Well-Being Specialist (above), and Stacy Andes, MA, EdD, Director of Health Promotion, received the first-ever "Ignite Your Strengths Award for Outstanding Programming" in April 2026 for their one-credit course, "Building a Resilience Resume," offered to students through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
