STUDENT ORGANIZATION SUPPORT

OBI is home to a community of student organizations that create spaces for students to celebrate their identities, build community, connect with others, and share their cultures and experiences across Villanova.

Together, these organizations play an important role in shaping a more connected, inclusive, and vibrant campus community.

The Association for Change and Transformation (ACT) is a student organization supported by OBI that cultivates a community of care through interactive workshops and dialogue.

ACT members serve as both actors in our pre-recorded Unitas Skit and facilitators of conversations with incoming students around belonging, community, and inclusion. The Unitas Skit is often one of the first touchpoints new students have with Villanova’s commitment to Unitas, and ACT students help bring that value to life in a meaningful and engaging way.

We also partner with cultural and identity-based student organizations to strengthen their community impact and enhance the student experience at Villanova.

Our support includes guidance in program planning, organizational operations, training and development. From event collaboration to executive board support, we work alongside student leaders to build sustainable organizations, enhance leadership capacity, and create meaningful, community centered experiences.

The Office of Belonging and Inclusion provides sponsorship support to eligible cultural and identity-based student organizations for programs that celebrate culture and identity, contribute to Heritage Month celebrations, and/or promote belonging and inclusion at Villanova.

Student organizations may submit one sponsorship request per academic year.
