TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
OBI operates under a three-tiered curriculum model grounded in:
VERITAS: Identity Development: Understanding who you are, where you come from, and how your identities shape your experiences and sense of belonging.
UNITAS: Identity-Based Leadership: Leading authentically by using your lived experiences, values, and strengths to positively influence others.
CARITAS: Inclusive Leadership: Creating spaces where people feel respected, supported, and empowered to fully show up and succeed.
TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS
Our workshops support students, staff, and campus partners in building inclusive leadership, belonging, and community.
All training requests should be submitted at least three weeks prior to your preferred training date. We will do our best to accommodate requests on a first come, first serve basis. Scheduling is based on staff availability.
Please note: Veritas curriculum is available exclusively for OBI-sponsored programs and cannot be requested for individual or external use.
