University Council on Ethics & Compliance

The University President appointed the members of the University Council on Ethics & Compliance. The Council includes broad-based representation from faculty and staff, many of whom work in key areas of compliance oversight at Villanova. The Council members share their knowledge, subject matter expertise, and experience, to help guide the compliance and ethics program’s identification, assessment, and prioritization of compliance and ethics initiatives at Villanova for years to come.  Through engagement in regular meetings and sub-committee participation, committee members work collaboratively to coordinate and monitor compliance activities.  The committee recommends or take necessary actions to promote a culture of ethical conduct and commitment to compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
